Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1 :
Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun to Barkot
Gangotri Yamunotri Do Dham Yatra Package starts with a pickup from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun. Drive towards Barkot via the scenic hill station of Mussoorie, enjoying spectacular views of the Garhwal Himalayas, lush valleys, waterfalls, and winding mountain roads. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax amidst the peaceful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 2 :
Barkot – Yamunotri Darshan – Barkot
After an early breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti, the starting point of the Yamunotri trek. Begin your trek to the sacred Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Offer prayers, visit the holy Surya Kund and Divya Shila, and enjoy the serene Himalayan atmosphere. Return to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 :
Barkot to Uttarkashi
After breakfast, proceed towards Uttarkashi, a sacred town situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Upon arrival, visit the renowned Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most important Shiva temples in Uttarakhand. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the local market before returning to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 4 :
Uttarkashi – Gangotri Darshan – Uttarkashi
Begin your day with an early drive to Gangotri via the beautiful Harsil Valley, famous for its breathtaking landscapes and apple orchards. Visit the sacred Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga, and offer your prayers beside the holy Bhagirathi River. Spend time soaking in the peaceful surroundings before returning to Uttarkashi. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 :
Uttarkashi to Haridwar / Rishikesh
After breakfast, begin your return journey towards Haridwar or Rishikesh. En route, enjoy the magnificent Himalayan scenery, charming mountain villages, and river valleys. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after your memorable pilgrimage. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 :
Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel. If your drop location is Dehradun, continue your journey by road. Your Gangotri Yamunotri Do Dham Yatra concludes with unforgettable spiritual experiences and divine blessings.
