Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued by Corbett Package Tour.

2. Payment Terms
For standard tour packages, 50% of the total package cost is payable at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is payable at the time of hotel check-in, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Hotel Check-In & Check-Out
Hotel check-in and check-out will be according to the respective hotel's standard timings. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

4. Transportation
Transportation will be provided by a private vehicle as per the confirmed itinerary. Fuel, parking, toll charges, and driver allowance are included where specified in the package. Air conditioning may not operate in certain hill areas due to local conditions.

5. Sightseeing
Sightseeing will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary. Any additional sightseeing, route deviation, extra vehicle usage, waiting time, or additional transfers will be charged separately.

6. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be rearranged or modified due to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions, attraction closures, religious events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Hotel & Room Allocation
Hotel and room allocation is subject to availability. Any room upgrade, extra bed, mattress, special request, or additional hotel service may involve extra charges.

8. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid government-approved identification and all necessary travel documents required for their journey.

9. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, valuables, luggage, and documents throughout the trip.

10. Additional Expenses
Any expenses not specifically mentioned in the confirmed package will be payable by the customer.

11. Entry & Activity Charges
Entrance fees, monument tickets, camera charges, ropeway tickets, boating, adventure activities, safari charges, guide fees, and other activity-related expenses are included only when specifically mentioned in the package.

12. Meals
Only meals specifically mentioned in the confirmed package are included. Special meals, room service, beverages, minibar charges, and other food-related expenses are payable separately unless stated otherwise.

13. Flight Tickets
Flight tickets are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package. Customers may arrange their own flights, or Corbett Package Tour can assist with flight bookings subject to availability and applicable charges.

14. Third-Party Services
Hotels, airlines, transporters, ferries, activity providers, and other service providers may have their own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and operational restrictions. Their applicable policies will also apply to the booking.

15. Customer Conduct
Customers must follow the rules and regulations of hotels, transport providers, sightseeing locations, local authorities, and other service providers. Any damage caused due to negligence or misconduct may be charged to the customer.

16. Force Majeure
Corbett Package Tour will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, additional expenses, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, floods, road blockages, political disturbances, strikes, government restrictions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.

17. No Guarantee of Specific Vehicle or Hotel
The vehicle and hotel will be provided according to the category confirmed at the time of booking. Specific vehicle registration numbers, drivers, room numbers, views, or particular rooms cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

18. Unused Services
No refund will normally be provided for services voluntarily unused by the customer, including unused hotel nights, missed sightseeing, unused transportation, meals, or early departure.

19. Service Availability
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case a confirmed service becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a suitable alternative may be offered where possible.

20. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking or payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions along with the applicable Booking and Cancellation Policies.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of or relating to the services, bookings, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Ramnagar, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India, where applicable.
