Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Corbett Package Tour.
2. Advance Payment
50% of the total package cost is payable at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
3. Balance Payment
The remaining 50% of the package cost is payable at the time of hotel check-in, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Peak Season & Special Bookings
Hotels, transporters, or other suppliers may require full payment in advance during peak season, festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods. The applicable payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Availability
All hotels, vehicles, flights, activities, and other travel services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
6. Additional Services
Any additional services requested after booking, including extra sightseeing, vehicle usage, room upgrades, meals, activities, or transfers, will be charged separately.
7. Booking Amendments
Any change to travel dates, number of passengers, hotel category, vehicle, sightseeing, or itinerary is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
8. Third-Party Conditions
Certain hotels, airlines, transporters, ferries, and activity providers may have different payment and cancellation conditions. Such supplier-specific conditions will apply where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Request
Cancellation must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking through email or another officially accepted communication method.
2. Cancellation Charges
The applicable cancellation charges are as follows:

*Refund percentage is calculated against the total package cost and remains subject to applicable supplier, payment gateway, and administrative charges.
3. Peak Season Cancellation
For bookings made during peak season, festive periods, holidays, special events, or other high-demand dates, cancellation charges may be higher. In some cases, 100% cancellation charges may apply immediately after confirmation, depending on the hotel's or other supplier's policy.
4. Hotel-Specific Cancellation Policy
If a hotel or other supplier has a cancellation policy that is stricter than the standard policy above, the supplier's actual cancellation policy will apply to that service.
5. No-Show
Failure to arrive at the hotel or pickup point without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will normally be provided.
6. Early Departure
No refund will normally be provided for unused hotel nights, early departure, missed sightseeing, unused transportation, or other services voluntarily not used by the customer.
7. Date Change / Postponement
Requests to postpone or change travel dates will be subject to availability and supplier policies. Additional charges may apply. A date-change request may be treated as cancellation and rebooking where required by the supplier.
8. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed after confirmation of the refundable amount from the respective hotel, transporter, airline, or other supplier. Processing time may vary depending on the supplier and payment method.
9. Non-Refundable Charges
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, supplier charges, non-refundable hotel/transport bookings, and other applicable non-refundable expenses may be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Force Majeure Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, severe weather, landslides, floods, road closures, political disturbances, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances—refunds will be subject to the actual amount recovered from the respective suppliers.
11. Final Refund Amount
The final refund amount will depend on the applicable cancellation policy of the services booked. Any refund is subject to the actual refundable amount received from the respective suppliers.
