You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an email to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost
In case of the peak period, 100% cancellation charges are applicable once guaranteed. 

Cancellation Policies

For cancellations received 30 days or more, 75% refund.
20 days or more – 50% refund.
Less than 15 days in advance of arrival – no refund.

No refund for cancellations on bookings from 10th December 2025– 20th January -2026. Any Reservation cancelled between 15 days to 19 days of arrival 80% retention will be charged.

Reservation cancelled within 15 days of arrival: 100% retention will be charged.
